Description
SEHA (Abu Dhabi Health Service Co.) manages and develops the activities of the public hospitals and clinics of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
I was engaged to help my client envision and propose ideas for designing user experience for SEHA web portal, a central web-based system that will connect general public, physicians and hospitals staff. My role was to brainstorm a complete patient journey, sketch it out and design an attractive, self-explanatory visual presentation.

Result
The presentation helped the client fully understand their user’s journey and interactions with the web portal. This user experience journey helped them envision how the web portal will achieve their goal of connecting general public, physicians and hospitals staff.
